I’ve had the pleasure of working with Nikki. I cannot express how grateful I am for her help throughout this entire process. I have worked for the same employer for 11 years and was looking for jobs in a completely different field from my experience AND as a new grad. I received a call from Nikki about a job that I submitted my application to 2 months prior and have not heard anything from them in that time. I had just about given up on the opportunity to work for them. In a matter of a couple days, I received an email from that employer and the interviews began. Nikki was in contact with me the whole process and not only helped as a recruiter, but also helped keep my spirits up and remain optimistic about my chances as an underdog. Not to mention she served as a mentor to me giving me helpful tips for interviewing and how to move on to the next step. With my last interview being 11 years ago, I needed all the help. In the time of almost 2 months, waiting for the final decision, I was offered my ultimate dream job.
I attribute much of my success in receiving this offer to Nikki and her palpable passion, compassion, and dedication to those she helps. I have no doubts that those who have the privilege of working with Nikki will have the best possible experience with such a stressful task as job hunting. She has helped pave the path to a career I have always dreamed of and I cannot thank her enough.

I worked with Nikki the recruiter and she absolutely amazing. Not only did she help me find a job l, but she went above and beyond. She helped by giving me tips for my interview, aided in looking over my contract, and supported me through the negotiation process. Negotiations can be nerve wracking, Nikki listened to what I wanted and helped me find the proper way to approach a successful negotiation. This was my first job as a new graduate so I was very excited when she pointed me to a position at a prestigious teaching hospital. 10/10 recommend!

Nikki is great! She truly works with you to find the right job and opportunities that fit your needs/experience. She is responsive – quick to return questions and help understand expectations of employers. She has helped dig into details of job postings to ensure it would be a good fit.
