Lucid Staffing Solutions is the best agency out there, and by far the highest paying. They are on a completely different level than the other staffing agencies I’ve worked for. The owners and all the recruiters are actually former travelers themselves, so they understand the process in detail, and do an excellent job at supporting their travelers. I’ve worked for a dozen different staffing agencies, and none of them were half as good as Lucid!

Andrew is a diamond in the rough. I met him a few years ago when I was brand new to travel nursing, and he made me feel confident in my ability to become a travel nurse. After going back to a staff position, I decided I wanted to travel again, and I reached out to Andrew who helped me get my second travel assignment (even though he was now with a new company, Lucid). Andrew understands the ins and outs of nursing since he is one and even has experience travel nursing. Because of these qualities, I have always found him to be extra knowledgeable about not only the travel stuff, but about nursing in general. I followed him from one company to another, and would do it again in a heartbeat. It’s easy to feel supported with him, and that you really do have a fantastic advocate in your corner. I really feel like he went out of his way to get me the best of everything. Everyone should be lucky enough to have a recruiter like him at least once in their career, I highly recommend him! Between Andrew and Lucid, I really feel like I’ve found a company that really cares about me and works hard for me!

I’ve taken a lot of contracts with Lucid Staffing, post pandemic, and they’ve always paid more than every other agency. They always pay extension bonuses every time I extend, which no other company does. And the benefits are really good. I love how all of the Lucid employees are clinicians too!
