1. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this company. I worked on a commission contract for over a year. A man would go around, make a fool of himself (that’s what it looks like in hindsight) and ask for an employment contract. Dear manager – Michał Z. kept refusing me an employment contract based on one argument – NO JOB. Of course, there was work all the time, I had the opportunity to talk to many people working at Stargard Logistics who claimed that there was a lot of work and overtime. After several months of going and asking, the manager said he was sorry but he wouldn’t give me an employment contract, just like that. Because there is no employment contract for this position. Apart from the fact that I had an appointment with him, if I take up two positions, I will receive an employment contract. 2. Leaders… especially the inboud leader – rock bottom. No respect for the employee, getting anything done is a big problem, a day off? You can forget. Talk about the contract, you don’t deserve it because you don’t work after 4 p.m. And a woman can forget about an employment contract in this department because she may get pregnant. Blatant discrimination! Ridiculing employees and their private problems. The shovel who came to help, or rather to fill the hole because no one was there, was still hurt. Complaints because the stacker who was there did not load enough pallets. Instead of being grateful that someone came to help, you start complaining. 3. Mr. coordinators, you are both worthy of each other. Sitting in the toilet next to the heater, doing make-up/fixing, gossiping and making fun of employees. Sitting in the office and scrolling through Facebook and Instagram. 4. Reflecting entry/exit cards, there would be nothing unusual about it. Only the reader takes photos, which are later displayed in the leaders’ office, they have a lot of fun looking through the photos. I would like to point out that no one signed a consent to taking photos, even though it is only done inside the company. 5. Salary… total nonsense is written on the payslips (so that the employee cannot figure out on his own what and for what), the paychecks do not match. People responsible for settling employee salaries are probably REMOTE. Lack of suitably qualified staff. 6. No possibility of transferring to another company. The manager blocked his employees who wanted to move from one company to another.

I hope your Ukrainian recruits will learn to talk to people on a level, and not as people who are not worthy of their attention. And if you ask a question that you do not understand, be prepared to receive a rough answer. This concerns Oksana’s recruiter.
