We enjoyed the hotel and would stay there again. We had a nice big room and it is well positioned on Michigan Avenue. The room is a bit aged but not problematical so and the pricing was pretty good at the time. We didn’t enjoy the “destination fee” of USD30 per day that they conjured up when we checked in and then spun a story about getting some of it back, all of which just gets you spending more but otherwise we’d go back again.

So the rooms are perfectly adequate but the bathroom is showing age a little bit. HOWEVER everything was spotless and clean which is what matters to me. Also every staff person i encountered was helpful and friendly especially the housekeeping staff. I also love the location, North of the real hustle of central Michigan Ave is nice and puts you in easy walking distance of some excellent gold coast restaurants. I’ll continue to stay here.

Amazing place to stay right off Michigan Ave and across from the Hancock building. Super quiet at night and wonderful plush comfortable beds. Very nice gym facility and lobby bar. Customer service was EXCELLENT- no request is met unattended. Front desk is also very helpful. Can’t wait to stay here again on a weekday and enjoy happy hour in the bar. Super fun vibes.
