I recently spent five days at The Londoner and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Having stayed at numerous hotels over the years, but this one stands out for several reasons. The location is outstanding – positioned right behind Trafalgar Square, you’re within walking distance of the theater district, major museums, and most central London attractions. The convenience of being able to reach everything so easily really enhanced our trip. Our room was impeccably maintained throughout the stay. While the space is compact, this is standard for central London hotels and didn’t impact our comfort. The cleanliness and attention to detail were consistently excellent.\ What really impressed me was the level of service. The staff was genuinely attentive and responsive – whenever we had any questions or minor issues, they addressed them quickly and thoroughly. This kind of proactive service has become increasingly rare, so it was refreshing to experience. The concierge team deserves particular recognition, especially Bernard, who went well beyond typical expectations. He and the concierge team arranged a private Harry Potter studio tour, coordinated our airport and Southampton transfers, and regularly checked in to see if we needed assistance. His genuine care for ensuring we had a great stay was evident and much appreciated. The only minor drawback would be the room size, but given the prime location, this is entirely expected and reasonable for central London. I would definitely stay at The Londoner again. The combination of excellent location, attentive service, and well-maintained facilities makes it a solid choice for anyone visiting London. The team’s commitment to guest satisfaction really does make a difference.

Fabulous hotel. All staff were right on it, they couldn’t do enough. Lovely, clean, modern rooms. Pool was fine, nice cabanas – drinks a bit pricey if anything. Rooftop bar worth enjoying a relaxing drink at. Great location.
