Logix BPO for me is an AGILE company. It allows its employees to work in the way that suits them best. It puts a high value on work-life balance, we work and enjoy at the same time 😊 This is one of the best culture that would help employees balance their daily work with their personal lives. As a result, employees are more content, which leads to increased productivity.
