For a couple of years, I have listed with Lofton in Baton Rouge , LA for legal positions that were posted. The times I tried to contact them I would never get a return call even after advising I had called 2 or 3 times already. This is not a professional staffing business. They are only interested in minimum wage positions that can be filled easily and quickly. I do not recommend them at all.

I loved working for Lofton before i was scheduled to give birth July 2020 and had my account frozen/placed on maternity leave. I moved to Dallas since then🥲. I got hired in like January or February 2020 while I was like 1month expecting. My experience was good I did my test and they placed me at the advocate for my 1st assignment I remember I was running late to the interview thanks to uber and missed the initial job but the interviewer lady called the office and requested me back with her colleague and I finished the job way before the deadline and left a good review on my profile. I truly loved it I was placed at the LSU clothing stores, river center events etc. The office staff were helpful with any request. If yall had an office in Dallas I’d be happier to return my mom included we started at the same time.

I’ve had a great experience working with Lofton. I had a 10 week assignment, they regularly checked in to see if there were any issues. The pay was decent and the payroll department didn’t miss a beat when it came to paying through direct deposit or check. I’ve enjoyed the experience.
