If I could leave 0 stars I would, locate staffing is The MOST unprofessional staffing agency I have ever dealt with. I have been calling every location since 11/10 requesting a copy of my w2. The ladies at the Green Bay location didn’t know how to get the w2 and said the district manager Mike would call me with the information I needed. Mike the district manager didn’t call me back until 11/15 and told me he would email an old paystub because he couldn’t access my w2. Next day came I still hadn’t received anything. I called the ladies at GB who texted him throughout the day reminding him about me. He even replied thank you to Stephanie for reminding him. It’s 11/17 and I have still to receive any of the documents I requested or was promised. I tried reaching out to the Fondulac location and spoke to Will who stated that he was the manager. Will stated that I needed to reset my credentials for the locate web site and that they cannot provide me with w2’s or paystubs unless doing so. He stated in order to reset my credentials that it was policy that I needed to go to any locate location and provide identification for someone to reset my locate website credentials. I called the Green Bay location back to ask if they could reset my credentials and Stefanie stated that they did try but couldn’t and that is why Mike has to send me the paystub. I called Fondulac locate back to see if there was a District manager from that location that I could speak to.Will said no that he was the manager. I asked who was above him that I can speak to and he refused to give me his managements information. He even threatened to hang up on me. Yes I’m frustrated. Extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism and understanding, I’m frustrated with the lack of customer service, I’m frustrated with the confusion and empty promises. This has gotten to be ridiculous! I am a contract worker & I’ve gotten 22 w2’s in the last week from different employment agencies and other employers, Locate has been the ONLY employer to give me such a hard time. How do you not have access to your employees tax documents. Do better locate!!!!!!!!

Best staffing agency in town, never had an issue with them finding employment, and Kelly is pretty much the bees knees

Worked for a day and a half through this place, the job was a bit shady for reasonings they have of leaving me go and then I never got paid for the day and a half that I worked
