Moss, Armen & Amir, the great guys that work there are so extremely helpful and so efficient. I go there a lot & am always met with a smile from all of them. And their knowledge & expertise is always great! I’ve been to other UPS Stores & this place is the best with the best employees.

Come here often or my Amazon returns very quick service usually and efficient.
This last visit was not great. The guy at the counter told me to wait so I waited. Waited in line for about 5 minutes, next thing I know this girl comes barging in and the guy at the counter just takes her in and her packages leaving me to wait even longer. How do I know she wasn’t already in line? She was double parked in the street and she wasn’t parked there when I walked in.
Other than that usually good service.

Even though he could see that I had been waiting the whole time, he forced me to line up again. Soon after, he started dealing with people from his hometown. Probably because I am an Asian tourist. Clearly racist.
