I’ve had a great experience working with Jamie and the team at Lobster. As an agency, they’ve been professional, supportive, and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed anything. The placements I’ve received have been well-organized, and I’ve always felt prepared and informed going into each job. I have worked with Lobster Recruitment the past 8 months. I must say working with Lobster has been an amazing experience so far. The Agency has given me a platform to improve my skills as a support worker through their thorough and hands-on training. Awesome team to work for, I managed to get into working at Wimbledon Tennis Championships for the last 3 years with them. Awesome opportunities for jobs throughout the year and an awesome team to liase with (especially Jamie and Charley!). I’ve recommended 4 friends as well and lobster have taken them on too. Could ask for a better employer.
