Living in this building has been a great experience. The amenities are always clean and convenient, the community feels safe and welcoming, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally.
I especially want to give a big shout-out to Joseph at the front desk—he’s truly the best! Always friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Whether it’s handling packages, helping with guests, or just offering a warm greeting every day, Joseph goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a well-managed, and comfortable home with outstanding service!

I’m currently living in this apartment and am always satisfied by the friendly staff members. They are always accommodating and will do their best to provide the best service. I am always greeted whenever I am leaving or entering the building – which is a great way to start/end my days! Thanks for all that you do!

I came to Avalon West Chelsea and Ava Highline to checkout some apartments. New York apartment hunting is a full time job and exhausting for the nervous system. But Talia was amazing, she was so patient and listened to everything I needed. Talia provided great options with the budget that I had. Unfortunately, we did not end up choosing Avalon Community, but after a week of hunting it was our first option until we found another more centric place for my partner and I.
