I had issue with locks in my door. It was emergency as I was going out of state the next day and the office was closed. I called emergency service number and our super Mr Junior helped us fix the door within an hour. He was prompt, friendly and informative. Had nice talk about reporting the issues and get fixed ASAP through garden home communities app.

Overall we have a good experience especially prompt response and resoltion from JUNIOR after the complaint is registered on evergreen community portal regarding the balcony issue where it is pushed down the ground level and bringing lot of mud inside making it unusable.
Issue is promptly looked at and addressed by supervisor JUNIOR in matter of a day

Worst apartment in Edison NJ. Last month ceiling was collapsed in one of the apartment and because of that 300 families thrown out of the building for three days to do complete inspections by county. It’s almost 2 months now still work is not completed properly. Done only patch work and left as it is. Kindly think twice before move here.
