Well I had worked for this company for three years on our contract and we all found that the owner was exceptionally rude, there was a constant turnover in her company of program managers and HR people. Each when they started were somewhat kind and tried to help us and then after a period of time became as rude is the owner. Some of these people after leaving the employee before contract was over told us they were informed not to assist us. The only time they ever bothered to contact you was to give you rules and guidelines about our work times etc. which we already know. Anyone who has been doing the job for USAREC knows the hours and what we are supposed to do. Brand new employees hired sometime after the contract started were not given information on when insurance would begin, or any other benefits which were very sparse anyway. If you ever see a job online from LLM placements make sure you don’t apply as they lack professionalism and also have a reputation for not depositing thei employee 401(k) money Into their accounts. The claims are they don’t have enough money. Everyone from the contract employees to the person who bids the contract knows very well that it is a Fixed price contract. You bid on it for certain amount of money which entails all the duties all the employees and you can’t come back and say hey we don’t have enough money. . There were only a couple of employees that did treat us well. Most did not last very long. Stay far far away from this company

Unprofessional/Horrendous. I have worked as a contractor employed by LLM Placements for a year now. This company goes through employees like a revolving door. The project managers/president Linda Malloy ignore their contracted employees via email and telephone. The only time they have ever contacted me was while I was on my UNPAID maternity leave asking me to come back early to work, which I did. My direct military command I work with on a day to day basis treats me like family. However, Linda Malloy & her staff treat us like complete trash. LLM Placements was awarded a 24 million dollar contract with USAREC and they have not been putting their employees fringe benefit monies into their 401ks and they did not pay their employees health benefits in AUG, SEPT, OR OCT of 2017 which resulted in employees not being able to utilize their health coverage. This agency is being paid every month by the government & The Current project manager for LLM Placements informed a few employees that all of the fringe benefit monies that is suppose to be in our 401k plans are currently sitting in an Escrow account in Linda Malloy’s name. This is unacceptable! LLM Placements sent out incorrect W2s to their employees and when informed to make corrections was told to “have a tax professional make the corrections to the W2 and return to the project manager” when this was completed no one from the company responds. No one rectifys the continuous issues that keep arising with this company because no one responds to employee emails. They are being investigated by the Federal DOL currently. They treat their employees like garbage. For a company that states they “ utilize a proprietary, State-of-the-art resume database which houses a plethora of licenses, certified, and highly qualified candidates readily available for immediate placement.” They can’t seem to hire competent personnel who even know how to TYPE on a computer & also left my command with no temp clerk for 7 weeks while I was on maternity leave. LLM Placements is staffed by the most rude, unhelpful, incompetent personnel I have ever had to work with. If you are thinking about applying with this company or contracting this company DONT look elsewhere.

This company tried to rip off the employees of a Federal contract as admins for the military. It took the Department of Labor months to straighten out the mess they made. By breaching their contract, they stole multiple $1000’s from each employee until DOL stepped in.
