I have worked with Jason Cooper for more than 4 months and it has been nothing but a wonderful experience. I have worked with literally dozens of technical recruiters over the last 30 years and there are very, very few that I would be able to write a positive review about. I was not actively seeking a job at the time, but I had worked with Jobspring in the past. Jason contacted me about a position that was far too interesting not to take a shot at. I interviewed for the position and in the end, Jason was able to get me an offer that was truly too good to turn down. But it did not stop after I started working at the client. The original agreement was for a 6 month contract to hire, but before I started I had expressed interest in converting to permanent after 3 months and the client said that should be possible. But when the 3 month mark came around, the client did not seem to remember that and wanted to wait until I had been there 6 months. But thanks to Jason’s efforts, I received and accepted a permanent position just 3 months and 1 day after I started as a contractor and at a salary that was even slightly higher than was originally discussed when I started.
