I have worked in three different organizations in my career, but I’ve never encountered an environment as toxic and unprofessional as this one. The stress and mental toll this situation has caused me are beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. This is hands down the worst experience in my career. Without any prior notice or communication, they deducted my salary. When I asked why, they told me it was because I hadn’t completed any onboardings. To prove myself, I did three onboardings the next month, but my salary was STILL deducted. When I confronted my manager, Janarthanan, he responded in the most unprofessional way possible, saying, “If you want your salary, stay. Otherwise, leave.” I requested to be relieved from the company due to personal commitments, but they refused to provide a relieving letter. They said it was mentioned in my offer letter that employees who leave before completing 1.6 years will not get one. The catch is, I didn’t even get my offer letter until 30 days after I joined, and no one told me about this policy during my induction. I took two days off and informed the official LiveC group about it (screenshot attached). After two days, HR emailed me claiming I took unauthorized leave and marked me as absconding. They completely ignored my last eight days of salary. Dr. Victor Paul, who is supposedly my reporting authority, hasn’t been involved at all. The team does everything, and we attend client calls using his laptop. When I confronted Dr. Victor and Janarthanan about the HR issue, Dr. Victor denied being my reporting authority, and Janarthanan told me to leave, even after I showed proof of my leave. It’s clear that HR, under Janarthanan’s direction, acted without any regard for fairness or basic investigation. I want everyone, especially our CEO Hema Ma’am, to know what’s really happening here. Despite having my salary deducted, I completed three onboardings because of Hema Ma’am’s encouragement, only to be treated like this. Please stop playing with employees’ lives. There’s a lot more going on here, like favoritism, ego problems, and targeting of employees that need immediate attention. Even though at the last moment they didn’t provide my last 7 days salary, I have dropped mail regarding this to Ragav sir, Janathan, Victor, shiva and Vimal mam in a kind manner. Still I not get any single respond from them for 7 to 8 days, after I kept Hema mam in CC then my issue was cleared within 2 days. In this organisation I can handle any kind of work pressure but here apart from this they are mentally torturing us. Thanks & Regards, SRIRAM B IT STAFFING

Worst ever consultancy in entire world.. They will waste your time without getting client acknowledgement on meeting schedule and after that they wont even pick your call and answer.. Don’t trust them and don’t water your precious time. Whenever you get call from Live connections initially, better please disconnect and move on. I repeat please ignore their calls..

It’s a worst consultancy no professional ethics and office looks like godown. Without opportunity just they fool candidates by saying some reputed clients name but during interview they as all irrelevant questions and smartly collect manager, clients, team leads and colleagues contact details then give falls commitment that they process further like that but never turn up…it looks very worst and unprofessional low level consultancy…better don’t join here…
