I have been a nurse at Lighthouse Nursing Agency since October 2023. It has been a pleasure and very rewarding. All the Lighthouse staff that I’ve encountered have been pleasant and professional. There are always shifts available. I love the flexibility in scheduling. Timely, accurate and weekly pay is an absolute joy to me!

Incompetency is the word that best describes this Nursing Agency. Good luck with getting paid on time. I submitted all pertinent documents along with direct deposit request over 3 months ago. Needless to say that I have yet to receive a direct deposit to my checking account. Having to wait an extra week after the company’s posted pay date to receive my paycheck. The federal government says that it is a violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the employer could be liable for damages. The “1 star” is used loosely, if I could give the the benefit of zero stars I most certainly would.
