So I was being denied automobile insurance from every company accept one. Progressive told me it was because of info in my LexisNexis report. Requested my report online, failed verification…called up & answered the very same questions they ask me online & passed. Waited for my password to access my online report, it comes in but the password doesn’t work. Was told id get a new password & hard copy of my report in the mail. Never showed up, ordered it again, never showed up. They blamed it on USPS. Spent 5 months trying to access my report, I filed a BBB complaint. Next thing you know I have mail from them showing up & a working password. Now I’m waiting on them to correct inaccurate information in my report. First email they send me is, we can’t verify your identity to fix the inaccuracies. Here we go again! If you’re waiting to access your report, file a BBB complaint…..they have to give you access. It’s against the law if they don’t!
