Level is a great option for luxury apartments in downtown Des Moines. Taysha and Mark are a great team and work hard to keep the building nice. Amenities are good for the rent you pay, and it’s walking distance from East Village businesses.

Great location! Recent move to DSM and I love everything about the residence; Taysha (Prop Mgr) was super helpful throughout the touring, leasing, and move-in process. The community here is very welcoming and the property is in excellent condition. Add in an attached dog park, EV charging, and some pretty good balcony views…it’s a place I’m very happy to be. Would recommend!

Levels was the first apartment complex I ever moved into going solo, and it was an incredible experience. Beyond the stunning downtown rooftop view, the residents here are some of the nicest people I’ve met, If I had the chance to meet them all I would! One of my favorite memories was on the 4th of July when we all gathered on the rooftop to watch the fireworks. It was a perfect night, filled with great vibes and laughter. I also have to give a special shoutout to our landlord, Taysha. She has such a kind and welcoming soul, and I truly appreciated the warm conversations we shared. I only wish we had more of them during my time here. I love when the community hosts events for residents, we have them almost every month! It’s a great way to bring everyone together, meet our neighbors, and spend quality time with friends and family. Overall, living at Levels was an amazing experience. If you’re looking for a great place to call home or just want to check it out, I highly recommend giving Levels a shot!
