I truly do not understand the positive reviews and wonder if Lever1 offers different levels of services for different companies. Always hoping things would get better, I experienced nothing but errors and time spent proving the errors to staff, over more than five years. If you choose to go with this company, make sure to check all their figures, and prepare to have to argue for corrections. The level of service is not on par with the fees they charge. I finally got on board with another company, pay a lot less and receive significantly better service. My advice is to keep looking. You can do better.
