Great experience! Jason Kwon has done an amazing job. This property is worth considering. I do recommend it based on a multitude of aspects, including Jason and his team. The apartments on Wilshire Vermont are on par with apartments doubled the price. Certain changes will come in the future making this property even more desirable.

NO HOT WATER ISSUE ONGOING FOR OVER 6 MONTHS.
No hot water for hours randomly at any given time of the day – continuously for over 6months. Contacted office numerously but they just ignore your repair request. Busted pipes all over the hallways, leaking water with trash bin underneath for several weeks. Still not fixed.
Will be seeking legal counsel and report to agencies for inhabitability per California law.

Consistently having issues with the water. For the last two years, on and off no hot water, busted pipes all over the building. Then have the audacity to increase the rent.
