Never rent with level 10 management, disorganized and hard to ever get ahold. I had lived there for over 3 years, and when they bought out the previous management it all went downhill. There was no hot water for weeks at a time. Multiple maintenance requests went ignored for weeks. I eventually broke my lease and they were horrible to work with to say the least. They miscommunicated the Breaking lease policy. They told me I would receive my security deposit back, yet after 2 months after leaving I still never received the deposit. Within those 2 months, I was texting and calling their property manager and regional manager. Their response always confirmed I’ll still be receiving the security deposit back but they were behind in processing. Then, I was told they made a “mistake” on their end and I actually won’t receive the security deposit. So I had to pay for their mistake. Absolutely unacceptable. In writing I have them saying I’ll receive the security deposit back after the ledger fully processed the termination fee. I even called out, the ledger showed a “past due” amount and they told me to ignore it and I will still receive the security deposit. Later to find out by their regional manager, he “misspoke”. That the termination fee didn’t include Jan rent and now they used the security deposit to cover the Jan. BUT, I still was told to “ignore that, and he took it off and I’ll still receive the despot”. Somehow their ledger and their interpretation was incorrect and 2 months later I was told they made a mistake…. Save your money and go elsewhere. Tried calling the number below given by the “owner” and they didn’t help or resolve the issue. Andrea said her supervisor will not adjust the charges. Can’t express enough, to never rent here.
