Level 10 has been a trusted partner for many years. From requests for unit turns, property improvement projects and even immediate turn around for residents when needed we make a great team! I really enjoy the ease of communicating with the property and maintenance staff and have witnessed genuine care and urgency from them and the caretakers when I see them interacting with residents when I am onsite. They care, they pay, they are loyal!

My property manager, Elijah, is so kind and understanding! Whenever I have an issue, complaint, or just need some help Elijah always emails me back very promptly and is always willing to reasonably work with me. I’ve been living at these apartments for years and Elijah has been my favorite property manager so far. His promptness, communication, understanding, and support make him the perfect manager! I’m looking forward to many more leases with you guys. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me!

Never rent with level 10 management, disorganized and hard to ever get ahold. I had lived there for over 3 years, and when they bought out the previous management it all went downhill. There was no hot water for weeks at a time. Multiple maintenance requests went ignored for weeks. I eventually broke my lease and they were horrible to work with to say the least. They miscommunicated the Breaking lease policy. They told me I would receive my security deposit back, yet after 2 months after leaving I still never received the deposit. Within those 2 months, I was texting and calling their property manager and regional manager. Their response always confirmed I’ll still be receiving the security deposit back but they were behind in processing. Then, I was told they made a “mistake” on their end and I actually won’t receive the security deposit. So I had to pay for their mistake. Absolutely unacceptable. In writing I have them saying I’ll receive the security deposit back after the ledger fully processed the termination fee. I even called out, the ledger showed a “past due” amount and they told me to ignore it and I will still receive the security deposit. Later to find out by their regional manager, he “misspoke”. That the termination fee didn’t include Jan rent and now they used the security deposit to cover the Jan. BUT, I still was told to “ignore that, and he took it off and I’ll still receive the despot”. Somehow their ledger and their interpretation was incorrect and 2 months later I was told they made a mistake…. Save your money and go elsewhere. Tried calling the number below given by the “owner” and they didn’t help or resolve the issue. Andrea said her supervisor will not adjust the charges. Can’t express enough, to never rent here.
