Great service, knowledgeable staff. The one complaint is they need more space for more hats. There is not a huge selection for collegiate teams and different age groups such as kids and toddlers. But I did find this kids CAVS hat just in time for the playoffs!

This is the lids you visit if you want to have a larger selection of hats and have help with knowlegable staff. Staff was a major selling point of my future visits over the other malls.

As I was waiting for Lids to open, a guy with 2 kids came up to the store asking questions about hats. Instead of the employee (Thomas) giving him the cold shoulder he actually helped him with questions he had. This is what I call excellent customer service!!! I will absolutely be coming back to shop at this store.
