Bryan has been fantastic to work with. Since working with him, I have noticed increased confidence in my ability to make tough decisions, in my ability to have difficult conversations with my team/staff, and just an overall feeling of being more complete as a leader. Bryan pushes you to think and work outside of the box, and at times can force you to get out of your comfort zone, which I feel is extremely important in terms of leadership and is one of the main reasons I chose to work with Bryan and Next Level. I just wrapped up the 6 month long Hero’s Journey Process that Bryan leads. It is without a doubt one of the most impactful decisions I’ve made in my life to date. Bryan has an uncanny ability to help others “see the light” and realize one’s full potential. The process itself teaches one to find their authentic self, become more emotionally aware, and achieve total fulfillment in all aspects of life. I’ve become a better friend, husband and brother thanks to Bryan. Most importantly, I’ve realized how to practice self love as well. I would suggest his coaching to anyone aiming to get out of their own way and realize how great life is.
