Once more, I got contacted by phone after an online application. Once more (5th time or more??) I got the same questions: how many languages do you speak, where do you live, where do you want to work….?
The answers are still the same as 5 times ago!
I always ask how long my correspondent works for Ledr. The answer this time: since 4 months…. Always, the new recruits at LEDR, may phone the candidates to fill their database. Me however, never receive any feedback on the specific application/job description.
I’m wondering even, how real are these announcements then?
For professionals with more than 20 years of experience (yes, also in HR!), this is a highly unprofessional way of working and spoiling candidates time!

Contacted them a few weeks ago for an assignment; not a single reply from any of their consultants. No feedback at all. Appaling.
