My recruiter was Kelly. I applied for a position through indeed after recently being laid off and wasn’t expecting anything. About 3 hours later Kelly called me to go over my resume, talked about the position and about the company. She sent in my resume to the company the same day and two interviews were setup quickly.
Kelly did a great job at prepping me for the interview and went beyond the allotted time to help me overcome the fear of explaining why I was let go and how to maintain a positive attitude. Kelly further assisted me with my interview skills with pairing me up with Trish and Alex to further cover what I felt were my weak points after going through the first interview. All three of them were available when I needed some tips on answering certain questions during the week of the final interview.
I was informed that I was getting a job offer within 1 hour after the final interview and was excited! I am very happy with the job so far and everything Kelly said about the company having a good work/life balance, great benefits, and not being a mess is TRUE! Easily the quickest I time from applying to getting a better job in my experience all done in less than a week!

My experience with Leapros, was fast pace. My handler Kelly, called me on Monday about a job offer, on Tuesday she called me asking me when can I start the new job. On Friday, I was working. It’s a 3 month to hire with a really good company. Thanks Kelly for all your help getting me started on a new career.

They will take care of everything else with the highest level of integrity. You’ll be in good hands, and if you’re ready, they’ll make sure you get the job.
