They called me for an interview because they had many vacancies (later I found out why). A recruitment company called LEAN PEOPLE contacted me, a young lady named LORENA VAZQUEZ, whom I never met, she only always gave me instructions via WhatsApp, she asked me to present myself at the following address – 185 Universidad Avenue, Puerta del Bosque Int. k 10- with a certain Mr. DANIEL GARCÍA. All I can say is that it was the worst interview I have ever attended in my 14 years of experience in education. The guy who calls himself “Organizational Coach” took the interview to a totally militarized experience, he called me fat, he took me to the breaking point arguing that you had to take anyone to that point because otherwise they wouldn’t get the information that he needed. He told me that this is how we should be with the students, otherwise they wouldn’t tell us the truth. I told him that my model of education was completely different, not at all intimidating, rude or pushy. He was very rude at all times, he QUESTIONED me and when I tried to answer he interrupted me, invalidating any answer I gave. I told him that if this was the interview, I couldn’t imagine the system the school followed to be able to hire such a pseudo-company for its recruitment process. In the end he told me “I told you if you wanted to take a break” I mean it is a method widely used in his interviews. I told the lady that she had contacted me about the ABUSE she had received and she only responded. “Thank you for your comments.” Terrible recruiting company and terrible school that company hires. Because as DANIEL GARCIA told me, he has been doing this for 36 years, the school knows it, accepts it and that is why he trusts them. That’s where I understood why there were quite a few vacancies for preschool, secondary, coordination, and teaching positions.
