Had this company remove ‘running bamboo’ from my garden that previous owners had planted years ago. They did a thorough job & everything was explained clearly by Carwyn in advance of the work. I must say, West country Knotweed removal provided an excellent service when they were employed on our project. Not only was the owner a pleasure to deal with but his site team were really professional. To top it off their rates were also some of the best on the market during tender. I live in Hengrove. Last year I e-mailed 4 companies asking for some guidance on Knotweed that was growing in a rented property adjacent to mine & within 24 hours, this company sent a technician to carry out a free survey. Everything was explained to me step-by-step in detail and I was advised to contact the owner directly to explain the issue. Within 1 week the owner had agreed to pay for a management plan, as it was affecting several properties within the terrace. Very easy to deal with this company and I am happy to recommend to anyone
