Both Mike Ton and Bruce Vongsalack are great guys to work with. Super happy and clearly enjoy their jobs and helping you get yourself a job. They work with you on your needs, and they are both get you whatever information your looking for immediately. You feel like you are put first and that your goals are their goals. I was referred to this agency by a friend who hasn’t worked with them before either. So I talked to a recruiter and she told me about a job that they have for cnc machinist. I’ve already done other contracts with other agencies and made decent money with the other jobs. So the job with launch was my first with them and she sent me an email showing the pay and per diem along with the job description. So all my other jobs paid 35 and up and I also had one in the 40s. So this one said it was paying 35 an hour which is normal for cnc machinist. So I accept the job and started working for the company in July of this year. There were two other guys that started one week before me and so when they got there first check and they noticed it wasn’t right. So one of the guys asked me if I was getting paid the same as him, and it turns out that we were. He quickly called is recruiter and complained about his check and it turns out that we weren’t getting paid 35. Instead they were paying us 15 and said they went over this which is not true. When I talked to my recruiter she tried saying the same thing ” which is not true.” All they did was sent us the email and you look at it and it shows 35. I referred two friends and they both saw 35 on their emails as well. One of the recruiters told the guy who was complaining about is check said you have to work 40 hours first then you get 35 an hour for your OT. I told this to my recruiter and she said no that’s not true and told me that I was getting paid 35. Well that wasn’t true and she lied to me because my check wasn’t right either. So of course we all quit and when I tried talking to her about the email and the 35 she started telling me something different. Those two recruiters said different things and can’t even get it right. One of the guys that worked with them before told us that’s how launch is and they try to trick people that way. So beware and stay away from this agency and if you do decide to work with them and receive an email showing the amount your gonna be making, make sure and confirm it with them before you start!!!!!

Big shout out to Mike Ton! I was just calling to apply for a specific job that I was asked to apply for, but had a hard time finding the job post. I spoke with Mike and was immediately impressed by his friendly, personable personality and professionalism. We need more Mike Ton’s in the workplace because his energy is infectious.
