Received a call from Matthew Grone from Latitude Inc. Was told I would receive a follow up same day. I have not received any follow up nor have my multiple attempts to reach back out to him and his team been succesful. For some reason everyone is always in a meeting. Stay clear from this staffing “solutions” company at all costs, they are terrible to work with and drop the ball continuously.

I was contacted by a recruiter at Latitude Inc. about an IT role and was excited to explore the opportunity. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received no response or updates. It’s been a frustrating experience, and I hope the company reviews its communication practices to better serve candidates
