So I just went through an interview process for admissions advisor and I was just very confused on why I was not offered the position considering we did a mock interview the day prior to the actual interview. I was told to show personality, transferable skills and pretty much be myself in the interview…which I always do anyway. Was literally asked the same questions in the actual interview. While the interviewers I spoke with were pleasant, which is why I gave the two stars, there’s no feedback on what went wrong in the interview. The next thing I did was come on here to read reviews and I saw a post from a week ago from a potential employee who was going for the same position and she also was rejected. The poster had her bachelors degree with experience and still was denied the job??? And was offered 18.00 in pay while they were offering me 22.00 Well why was I even considered for the job considering I have experience but not my bachelor’s degree. It’s just very weird to me. I have remote customer service experience in healthcare and I see positions open for my experience on linkedin but no one has contacted me about those? It’s odd.

Disappointed. I have applied for many positions since the end of last year until present day. No one has reached out to me. I have called and left messages on the voicemail and no return call. I called Monday finally a lady Julie or Juliette I think her name was and was hung up on. I called right back and no one answer the phone. I was just sent another job via Lensa 24 for an open position in my field so I know they are in business. This is supposed to be a company that helps individuals find employment so it’s very disappointing that no one has reached out to me at all.
