Headache to work with, very unorganised and not very understanding. Had 3 different people messaging me from the same office at one point because I’m convinced they don’t communicate with each other nor could they even answer 90% of my questions. They kept telling me they haven’t heard back from the place I had an interview at and when they finally gave me a date to go in to start work, my boss at my placement told me they were in contact with labour source all along telling them I could start ASAP while the staff at labour source was telling me they haven’t heard back. That went on for almost 3 weeks after my interview until labour source gave me a date to start. The worst work related process I have ever experienced, also job description’s were far from correct other than business name and location. Although still turned out to be a good placement but with all that being said the staff was very polite and found me a good job.
