I had the pleasure of working with URVI PATEL, the Physiotherapist from LSA in an aged care facility recently, and I was incredibly impressed by her professionalism and dedication to resident care. Zero respect and professionalism shown by Meryl Ferguson, to agency nursing staff. I got a call from Meryl asking if I could do a shift the day after my best-friends wedding, I said no as I wasn’t sure if I would be home in time to get ready for my PM shift. The day of the wedding during the wedding I got multiple calls from a different member of staff asking me if I could do the same shift, I didn’t respond as I already denied the shift I was offered the first time. The morning after the wedding I got a call from Meryl asking if I could do the same shift. As I was home when Meryl called me I excepted the shift as I could see they really needed staff for that afternoon. About an hour later I called Meryl and said I was going to be an hour late to my shift. Meryl responded and said she wasn’t happy that I was going to be late. I was clearly upset with the lack of respect shown by Meryl and made my concerns clear and Meryl proceeded to hang up on me. I emailed Meryl an hour later and no reply was given and haven’t worked with the agency since.

Attached to the other reviews it is a matter of Who is responsible for you. The first guy was Matt, he seems to be friendly, reliable and interested in my case. Got handover to someone named Robyn, Who seems to doesn’t really care, just put me on stand by for a Job i was planned in 2 weeks ago. And still no reply for new Job offers or anything else. Sad!
