I was contacted by Laborocity quickly after applying for a position through indeed and was quickly sent to a work site. However after 4 days of employment they still haven’t set up my profile on the app they use to track hours despite daily communications about it and they also haven’t sent me any links to file tax forms or direct deposit information. I’m concerned that I will not be paid. It seems to be a common problem.

I worked for them on 02/08/2020 and as of today I have not been paid. On 02/14/ 20 contacted the office and they said that they never received my timecard, so I contacted the manager of the job site and she called me back and told me that the hours were confirmed and thathat I should receive my pay on 02/21/2020. Once again I didn’t receive my direct deposit so I contacted the office again and was told that my direct deposit was sent to the old bank when. I originally applied last year even though my first shift I worked was on 02/08/20. I reapplied and had a telephone interview with Eric a couple of days prior to my first shift and ALL of my information was updated including my email and phone number (which they have used to contact me), but my bank information wasn’t? My new bank information was even showing on the app under my profile. Its seems like no one wants to rectify this issue but they want contact you before your shift to make sure that you show up for a shift (I was called three times an hour before my shift asking me to reconfirm for a shift that I accepted). Its sad that they are holding my pay and they keep dodging me. I should be paid on time because I showed up on time! Lynn Bruder the CEO needs to know that this is how they treat their employees. I only hope that no one else has to go through this because we all are working to pay bills and frankly I just want to be paid!!!!!

Please do not work with these people . Its been 3 weeks and I still haven’t been paid yet. Ive called more than a dozen time and the people that work there always give me the run around. First it was the money was deposited into my act , than they say that I put in the wrong act # and have to wait till they call my bank and reverse the money. Ive been calling since august 12 and its now August 22. Please I beg of anyone if you are looking for a temp agency or a second job this is not it. Also the same people that answer who you have already spoken to about the problem act brand new when you talk about your situation like you didn’t just discuss this with them the previous day.
