To my RGV Valley people I would NOT RECOMMEND! It seems like a scam guys!! They tell you to apply and take in all your details in (like your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.) But once you arrive at the so called (housing) that’s 4 STATES AWAY FROM THE RGV BY THE WAY. You are told they DO NOT house for Labor one. The so called recruitment staff completely disregard my bf and his friend texts messages while being up there for a directive as to where to go or do next. Again my first thought was Labor being a big party that supplies hard labor in the US would not do this to its employees but especially new hires. But I guess they have left them completely alone 4 states away from home when they were promised a job. Again to my valley people PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE SEEMS LIKE A SCAM. You bet BBB is my next stop along with legal advice.

Went to test for structural welding, a test that I have taken and passed multiple times, and I was the only one testing that day, I was given free hand torch cut plates, jagged and crooked, spoken down to before I even started my test pass, and then the instructor attempted to fail my perfectly good root pass in an attempt to get me to buy a “training course” so that he can sign off on my “report”. He refused to let me complete the test and could not cite any AWS code that would implicate a visual defect. Very shady and unprofessional, they should be ashamed of themselves for trying to take advantage of people who are trying to contribute to the skilled labor force!

I came to take a structural fitter exam and a blue print was not provided for the first 9 questions, the sentence are in Spanish and English but they are worded wrong. The sentences don’t make sense and to top it off the office ladies were just gossiping with one guy that goes to the welding place next door about how bad the workers they hire are. Overall they gave off a very bad vibe and they mentioned that a lot of people quit under 3 months.
