I think they are wasting candidates time who are coming there to get job. They call candidates for job and tell they hiring fresher graduate but the reality is at the time of interview they ask from candidates about experience in BPO . They need excellent communication people for the any job profile. They should think they are hiring in India not in USA ,UK or Australia . In India how can they expect that a under Graduate or graduate can fluent in English . Our PM and Home Minister encouraging Hindi still we have to give interview in English with fluency .
They made it business not helping candidates to getting job .
