In late March 2025, I was contacted by Angeline Landberg from Robert Half regarding a Unanet ERP Administrator / Consultant opportunity. The role was a strong fit for my background, and I promptly provided my resume, availability, and engaged in multiple conversations between March 25 and April 4, 2025.
Despite consistent follow-up on my part and clear interest in the role, I was completely ghosted — no feedback, no closure, not even a one-line response. At a senior level, this lack of communication is both unprofessional and disrespectful.
Recruiters like Angeline Landberg represent Robert Half’s brand. If this is the standard of candidate engagement, it speaks volumes. Respecting people’s time and providing basic follow-up should be the bare minimum.
