Just to place you where they say, they belittle you trying to make you worth much less than what you are worth and if you are the type who wants to go his own way they don’t get in touch again. more than useless, zero professionalism. a total disappointment

Company hiring requirements direct from employers are lesser compared to Konnekt (e.g. As advertised on their website 6 years of experience, etc but with employers’ data 2 years experience is sufficient). That’s why the jobs advertised from Jobsplus are moved to their portal because they bypass employee rights. Beware. Definitely not recommended based on personal experience nothing has changed with their current “recruitment” processes. 6 months average waiting time to never get a call back, if they don’t ghost you which happens 99% of the time. Applicants’ CVs submitted on their portal will be used as reference for companies that they can be a middle man of the hiring process in Malta. They don’t work directly with the hiring managers of the companies hiring so the recruitment process is actually prolonged with reduced salaries and dodgy contracts that can affect workers’ government contributions inside and outside the European Union. One sided recruiters as well as they only listen to the former employers of the applicants and not considering if the former companies who were actually managed by Maltese (Malta is another version of Saudi Arabia in the EU) are abusive or not or worse didn’t register their former employees to Jobsplus. Waste of time.
