This location is always friendly, fast and efficient. They know how to run the store whether busy or slow. They are patient and always helpful -I drive here from Merrick just because their service is so much better than the other locations. I’ve never had a problem and I am a regular eBay shipper and Amazon returner.

The staff, especially Xavier, we’re working their butts off. They were working so hard, dripping sweat, but still pleasant, had a smile on their faces and were positive. They deserve raises. Especially because all they do all day is amazing returns. They should get paid by both Amazon and UPS. Something needs to be figured out for them. They work way harder than just a UPS store associate.

Incredibly friendly and fast staff! They are super helpful and the wait time is never long at all. The store manager Eric is top notch and is always out on “the front lines” when I’m there. Five Stars All the Way.
