on 12/01/2024 one of their policyholder damaged my car it was 100% his fault and he accept his faut front of police officer I reported this claim and adjuster Mr (K. W) said he will call me back since then I did not hear from them even I tried to content them but no response at all. good insurance company take few hours for decision in this kind of cases.today or week later you have to solve the problem, taking long time to proceeding claims get people irritate and insurance companies bad reputation I hope you understand.

Terrible terrible terrible group to deal with. A guy with this insurance hit me and they keep dodging my calls and keep giving BS excuses. If you happen to fall in my situation, I feel bad for you. These guys will lead you on a wild goose chase to even get in touch with ONE LIVING PERSON AND NOT STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL! Stop accepting people with salvage cars if you can’t pay out!! You know they’re liable for a reason!!!!!
