Hyacinth contacted me in October about a potential opportunity, and that same day we had a quick introduction meeting that led to an interview with their client. I was a bit conflicted about two potential jobs and after an honest conversation with Hyacinth I ended up going with their client, which turned out to be an amazing opportunity. However, regardless of me getting the job, the most remarkable aspect of this experience has been how humane she is, what a personable and close relationship we have maintained and the process and follow ups. It is a pleasure dealing with a recruiter that genuinely cares and understands the value of their staff and encourages them to achieve bigger things.

I’d like to thank Hyacinth for her superior level of professionalism and personalisation with a recent position that I had applied for and was the successful candidate. Hyacinth approach was relatable, not a sales pitch or meeting a KPI. Hyacinth brokered my executive skills set to the employer at an exceptional level at all times and was successful with pushing an original 3-4month contract to a 7month contract. The day before I was to start in this contracted role, I was successful with obtaining a permanent position. Hyacinth congratulated me and was very understanding on the reasons why I had to accept this permanent position over the contracted role. Hyacinth you are a STAR!! I am so grateful and appreciative – your level of service was exemplary. You are an asset to Kingston Human Capital, a testament of their values! I hope to work with you in the future. Thanks again Angie M.

Kingston seem to be one of the only recruitment agencies in Brisbane who proactively look at the candidates on their books and engage with them about prospective opportunities. Other agencies have online portals requesting resumes but then don’t do anything with them/ that pool of candidates. I’ve a had a few engagements with specific staff at Kingston who actually take the time to speak with me, and also treat me like an equal as opposed to a lesser being because I’m job searching.
