Not acceptable at all that they keep asking for Green Card, then full home address and now scanned copy green card clear copy. This is a serious violation and against any recruitment standards. More than the opportunity or any skill sets, they keep asking for photo ID’s. Without any interview schedule they keep pushing for details like home address or photo ID’s. I have emails from their talent team asking for my home address and work permits

Richard Travis is the recruiter I worked with. Although the job he connected me to was intriguing, Richard is incredibly pushy and dishonest. From questioning whether I even like my current job or pay, to wrongfully asserting that I’m only seeking an offer so I can leverage higher pay at my current company, to demanding multiple times that I guarantee that I’ll accept the offer as a condition of even getting the offer (which clearly wasn’t required as I got an offer anyway), it was an absolute headache to deal with someone as desperate and dishonest as him. I truly was interested in the job he connected me to, but honestly my experience with him alone made me want to decline the offer. Funny enough, as I described my experience with KForce to a friend, he asked me, “was Richard Travis your recruiter?”… He had the same experience. Long story short, this company might connect you with good opportunities, but be ready to deal with pushiness, and don’t buy the lies they tell you

The talent manager that I worked with was extremely friendly. However, it seems as though they no longer care about you after they find out that you were not offered a position with one of their clients. On my second follow up email to the talent manager, I got zero response. The funny thing is, she was quite responsive while we were in the process of setting up my virtual interview. But of course she was. They make money when you’re offered a position so scheduling that interview is important. I know it might seem small, but I find it highly unprofessional when your email is basically ignored.
