I called to check on an item availability. Representative answer the phone and connected me to the department. I was on the phone for 10 minutes, I understand that it is a retail store so you are attending to customers present. When the phone was answered, I heard the dial tone. I called back and the representative that answered said there was no one in that Department. I began to ask him if he can assist me. He sounded like he did not want to be bothered. I worked in retail so I understand, but you still must provide exceptional customer service to all customers. Unpleasant experience‼️

My salesman was super helpful from start to finish and took the time to make sure I got what I needed. The other good thing was the suit itself. The price was excellent, but they get you on alterations. The posted price and what they charge you is not the same. Upcharge. It only was a few days for the adjustment. Check out with the cashier was okay, but the pickup cashier was grumpy or just not sociable. Overall not a bad experience for my first time in that location.

Br prepared for some confusion if you choose to use the texting discounts over 7999. As a first experience with K&G, there was admittedly some frustration with a cashier who repeatedly stated ‘the suits are already on sale,’ when asked why the $5 discount was not being used. Perhaps I can’t read the fine print of that text that said the $5 discount was only for full priced items. A previous guest also mentioned that they get you with alterations. We have found that to be true as well. Maybe we’re just still wet behind the ears, but there seemed to be some liberty taken for the services rendered, which were not actually required or asked for. Watch out for the $10 creaset on each suit. That adds up pretty quickly. Then again, we aren’t the demographic K&G is looking for. We’re going to make these suits last a lot longer than they should, because we can’t afford to get them replaced.
