Terrible company to work in. Firstly, I had to walk miles because I dont have a car to this company. It was a waste of time. I went there and had to do the background/fingerprint again. It cost me 89. dollars even though I already did it before. It didn’t matter, and to top it off I had to pick up the badge many miles away as well. It was a hot day and had to take the bus and when I got there the staff was incredibly unprofessional, some even lacked proper English… The worst part was when we did training online and the first week of even getting a job was tough. I spent weeks even months trying to start working again and I called and they said to try again , and I spent almost two months trying to find work. Than they took me out the system , telling me that It was my fault that I didn’t want to work.. If I was anyone -stay clear of this company.. Not a good one..

The staff was great. I really appreciated how they were helpful. They accommodated me even though I arrived a little bit late. Daniel Jean was really accommodating. Kajah was really helpful. She was also very cordial and professional!
She made sure I completed all the paperwork and accommodated me appropriately as well.
Thank you Kelly Agency for offering me a position and making sure that I start working and helping the future of America! I’m excited to start substituting and encouraging students to fulfill their destiny and reach their goals and dreams!

I love my job as a substitute, but was so ANGRY when I was accused of saying racial comments to the children and therefore taken out of 3 weeks of reserved jobs until a “investigation” was completed. I was out for over 2 weeks before they called me to say the assistant principal had mistaken me for ANOTHER teacher who had said things to the children. I got NO pay during this time…and no apology… Why did it take them so long to find out this information? Their computer system is ridiculous and antiquated, only letting you take 1-2 days at a time.
