Wow! That’s a one word summary of my experience with Farrah Towers from Keegan Adams.
As a first time job applicant in Australia, I was completely lost on how I would find a job within my industry, but I count my blessings that I was able to get in touch with Farrah for a position she was recruiting for.
From the very beginning I felt a difference in how Farrah engaged & interacted with me. She was consistently patient, empathetic, well informed, wise in all my dealings with her. A huge part of the reason why I did well in my interviews was because of the suggestions, tips provided by Farrah. She played a significant role in my preparation, yet never once did she over step a boundary. Once I got the role, she walked me through the offer & employment clauses multiple times and always advised me keeping my best interest in mind. She went above & beyond to get me a very good offer, and I gladly accepted.
