I recently booked a 30-minute consultation with this company for immigration services and paid $70. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.
🕒 Late Start: The consultation was scheduled for 30 minutes, but the immigration consultant was tardy by almost 30 minutes. I had to keep sending reminders while I waited.
⏱️ Rushed Interaction: During the consultation, it felt like the consultant was in a hurry. Instead of the full 30 minutes, I only received around 10 minutes of her time.
📧 Lack of Response: After the consultation, I promptly sent my documents via email for review as per her request. It’s been two weeks, and despite several follow-ups, I’m yet to receive a response.
This experience has been frustrating, especially when dealing with crucial immigration matters. I expected a more professional and responsive service.
