Blocking a potential candidate on LinkedIn who simply asks for a job description, to try and work with a recruiter, not just once but twice by different recruiters and from the same organization? Hah!
I have been trying to help my husband look for his next role, while I am working 40+ hours a week and he is picking up 1099 work. I have been working in the professional realm (software development) and dealing with recruiters for over 10 years. I have NEVER been treated this way by any agency. It shouldn’t matter if it was me or if it was him on his LI account looking for the next job lead.
Given my experience with Kansys Staffing Group and their lack of enthusiasm and motivation to help a jobseeker, followed up by both recruiters blocking his profile with no reason, I wouldn’t recommend this staffing agency. At least Jessica lied that she would get back to me before she blocked. There was never a response nor acknowledgement from Benjamin.
I shouldn’t exactly be surprised, since you can clearly see other jobseekers on LI posting comments on the “we’re hiring!” posts, asking if anyone is going to respond. How sad.
Stick with the recruiting agencies you know people! AdvantageTech, Randstad, Aerotek, ECCO Select, and many more are some AMAZING agencies I have worked with prior and would NEVER treat even a potential candidate in this manner.
I am very open to editing this review, should someone from Kansys calls me back from the voice-mail I left earlier (left a phone number for you) and is as respectful as Ashley was.
Thank you.
