A Toxic Work Environment – Avoid Kanban Infosystem
I am writing this review as a warning to potential employees and clients to steer clear of Kanban Infosystem. My experience at this company was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. The work environment is highly politicized, with discrimination and favouritism running rampant.
Managers at Kanban Infosystem are more concerned with their own interests than the well-being of their team members. They micromanage every task, leaving no room for growth or creativity. The lack of trust and autonomy is stifling, making it difficult to perform even the simplest tasks.
The company claims to value its employees, but in reality, it is all just a facade. The favouritism is blatant, with certain individuals receiving preferential treatment and opportunities. Discrimination is also prevalent, with certain groups being marginalized and excluded from important projects and discussions.
The management is unapproachable and unresponsive to concerns, making it clear that they are not interested in feedback or improving the work environment. The HR department is equally ineffective, failing to address grievances and protect employee rights.
I would not recommend Kanban Infosystem to anyone looking for a positive and supportive work environment. The company’s politics, discrimination, and favouritism create a toxic atmosphere that is detrimental to mental and professional growth. Look elsewhere for a company that truly values its employees and provides opportunities for growth and development.
