Lack of sense of responsibility for their job and for the documents they are working with. Payment is so high but the responsibility is so low

Totally non professional staff. Non serious behavior. No one do professional documentation, even owner also do not concern in documentation. Mostly refusal because of non serious documentation.i will share evidence of non serious documentation.
