Worked with Jordan, and honestly has been such a great experience. I’ve worked with bad recruiters before whose only objective is getting talent matched at any cost, without any considerations for the actual people they’re representing, and so I can usually see the signs pretty early on in the process. I didn’t see any of that here. Jordan found my resume and reached out to me and has been with me figuring out every step since then. He’s been super helpful and treated the whole process with a lot of respect and understanding. I got the job offer within a couple weeks and I’m starting at the company next week! So far I’ve been more than happy with working with JVT advisors.
