The team at JRG was instrumental in helping me break in at blue chippers where I did not have any existing connections. The follow up and communication was top notch. As someone who used to work in Vendor Management, theirs is the type of style I most preferred on the hiring end… and now am seeing the benefits on the client side.

Company pretends to work for their candidates, however they are only worried about themselves. I was contacted by them and after just 1 conversation with their recruiter I was being harassed for referrals. I was then told I’d being moving on in the interview process by my recruiter but then received the rejection email, which I was fine with. However I didn’t appreciate being lied to by him and sent a friendly text letting him know that. His response was to throw the hiring company, Alma Lasers, under the bus. He stated he spoke with their hiring manager and everything he was told was contradictory to the personal assessment done during the interview. Further more he attack me claiming he didn’t appreciate my tone when I called him out on being a liar. I do not and would not ever recommend anyone trying to work with this company in the future. They’re only out for themselves and are strictly playing a numbers game.
